He directed his team so efficiently and had them working at a very fast pace from the moment they showed up onsite until they moment they left. They were very tidy and handled each install/strike in sections so that it was not messy or intrusive to everything else going on around them. They operated so quietly, I'd sometimes forget they were there and they greeted everyone they came in contact with, with a huge smile and a gracious attitude - true team players!! Jose was attentive in communicating with me when he arrived, when he had questions and to do walkthroughs with him to make sure everything was perfect before he left - but at the same time was so independent in between those moments which allowed me to get so many other things done while he was onsite.
